Sales Policy
We are so sure that you will be happy with our product, that we offer a full return policy. If you are not completely satisfied please let us know, return within 7 days and we will refund your money.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied for products returned damaged or with missing items.
Our products include free online and phone support to assure that you have success with your students, at home or at school.

By Purchase Order
We accept 30 day purchase orders by fax only. If this is a concern for your school please contact us to make special arrangements. Payments received after 30 days will be charged a 2% fee every month.

Shipping and handling
Shipping and handling is 8% of purchase price. Orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Samples
We are not able to send physical samples of the SUBE materials but we CAN send digital samples of anything that you request. Please review the website and download samples from the English Sample page or the Spanish Sample page if you would like to get a better understanding of the Sube program, and email us with special requests. You can also call us with any questions you may have.
